Good Girl Turn Bad

Alcohol really, does your head in. For a long period, ever since I can remember, I'm a girl with no night life. The last time I was out on the beautiful, dangerous streets of Melbourne after 12am was a few years back. I'm still in awe, on how stunning the views Melbourne City has after dark. Yesterday was  SO awesome, despite waking up with a massive headache.Clubbing, has never been so much fun . I can barely remember when I last clubbed. And yesterday marks the beginning of my relationship with tequila shots. Not as bad as I've thought it would taste, but not strong enough for my loving. I've always believed that you don't need alcohol to have fun,but now I secretly agree it is always a bonus if u have some alcohol in your system when you go clubbing. Somehow, I've became a better dancer and I can't believe I actually went up on the platform and dance in front of the crowd. The girls, were all doing their sexy moves. If i had to say one thing I dislike about clubbing, it would be the pervs that uses the crowd to take advantages of girls

At the end of the night, I was just tipsy. Getting yourself drunk is a definitely big no no, if you actually want to enjoy the night dancing away. I'm secretly, looking forward ...for the next time.

A World Beyond...

 Sitting here , silently, staring at the clock, it seems that I  have accidentally slipped into a world of my own. With absolute silence surrounding my very existence,  my heartbeat seems to beat according to the ticking rhythm of the grandfather's clock. Somehow, Silence seems to have amplify every single ticking sound made by the clock, in my head.

The ticking sound is quite intimidating actually.It's like a constant reminder of how much time I have lost, and every minute of my life is ticking away, while I'm still here, struggling to find my way and place out in the world. I'm approaching into my 3rd week of university, with graduation not long to go.Despite having  a  mum who have always been  a pessimist her whole life, luckily for me I was born, to be a optimist. Maybe a little too much optimisim perhaps, I stroll through life, without a care in the world, always believing that something good would happen even if you do nothing. I guess, I think I'm the centre of my own universe,  which can be both a good and a bad thing.

I've always believe in a saying "You're your own biggest, fiercest competitor" To actually have an edge over your competitors, it is important to constantly compete with yourself, identify your own flaws, learn & change, It is incredibly hard to actually pick out your own flaws and then try to change, but it is a process everyone have to go through, because if you are not willing to, you'll come in last in every race, and you will be left there standing at the same spot, wondering why you've lost again. You might not have gotten weaker, it's just that everyone else has changed, and have gotten stronger.

Overcoming fears

I've been pretty busy lately, getting more involved in Uni life. Taken up the role of peer support leader at my University. Yesterday was my first day. It was a pretty daunting and frightening experience for me, as I 've always been a follower most of my life. Yes, I  admit, in my whole entire life, I've always prefered taking up the role as a sheep rather than a sheperd. I've been so busy in my real life, that I'm slightly out of the touch with Ebay. Even when I'm just shopping on ebay, I tend to forget how to use certain features of Ebay. Not a good sign, heh! Maybe, there's so much more important things going on, that I've forgotten, that I'm a aspiring to be ebay entrepreneur like GaryPepperVintage hoho! I think she will certainly be the Australian version of Nastygirl.

Last week, I got accepted in fashion school, but I had to reject the offer :( It was heartbreaking but I just had to finish what I've started before embarking on a new journey .When everyone else assumes that you are the person that they've always thought you were, in a bad way..you just have to go out of your way to prove them wrong.  I don't agree that anyone can assume someone to be whom they thought should be, when the learning process to truly understand someone is like a blackhole,there's always something new to learn.

Vintage Cat Eye Framesss

  Loving my new Vintage Cat Eye Frames, which I've got off ebay recently. Surprisingly, I've been very generous with myself lately. Well I guess, the thought of going back to Uni is not a very pleasant one, and Shopping definitely is the best therapy session for Stress. Last year of Uni for me! Yay!  4 years of Uni, is enough to suck all the happy hormones out of me. I must be crazy, when I decided to do a double degree course, what was I thinking? At the end of the day, a degree is just a piece of paper. It does not turn you into a millionaire, and most millionaires start out with little or no qualifications. Yes, Success is indeed for everyone who tries & strives and those who are willing to work hard &play hard!

For those who have been working hard in the gym throughout the changing seasons, your hard work is going to be paid off this hot Summer. But for moi, you're not going to find me in a bikini anytime this Summer. I've been munching through seasons, especially in winter. Thus even though I don't drink beer, I have a beer belly.
